For all the lightweight, minimalist hype about going floorless, there are times when a tent without a floor simply won't do. For this reason, Black Diamond has made an optional, detachable floor which uses button and loop attachments to the tent and shock cord loops to the Megamid tent stakes. Works effortlessly with Megamid models made from 1999 on but can also be used with previous models with eight 2" shoestring loops attached to the tent.
