Product Description
The development of the 10-speed drivetrain called for perfecting the front derailleur. A techno-polymer anti-friction insert into the derailleur allows it to move the slim Record C10 Ultra Drive chain with added smoothness and responsiveness.
Just as the new Ultra Drive sprockets, developed for the 10-speed, were found to improve the performance of the 9-speed system as well, so, too, was the Record front derailleur developed to get the best performance from the 10-speed drivetrain found to improve the 9-speed as well. Consequently, this year the front derailleur for the 10- speed drivetrain is also used on the 9-speed systems. 28.6 (1 1/8"), 32 (1 1/4"), or 35 mm (1 3/8") clamp diameter, for double crankset.
