The K2 Chogori Randonnee Ski is a tough-as-nails everyday touring ski. This ski has a slightly wider tip and tail than the Sahale, and it's a tad bit heavier as well. That's OK, though. When you're traveling through variable conditions and when moving at the speed of light is not a top priority, the Chogori is a solid, stable performer. The shapeliness (112/70/97mm) of this ski makes it easy to turn in raunchy conditions, and it's torsionally stiff enough to inspire confidence when you're clinging to the side of a thin, icy chute. If you travel into the backcountry nearly every day, you'll want the Chogori by your side.
