Product Description
K2's original twintip telemark ski, the Piste Pipe is more than just a halfpipe jibber—it's an all-mountain master. Even if you don't plan on exploring switch tele turns, the twintips make it easier to land your 540's, and the turned up tails throw a huge rooster tail that will impress (or tick off) old-school, crunchy pinners. The generous 113/85/109mm dimensions (even beefier than last year) eat up powder and crud and give you a solid landing platform when you find yourself spinning around in the air. The stiff flex provides the precision you need to carve up the pipe or dice through manky March conditions. With ABS sidewalls and thicker, more durable edges than K2's other offerings, the Piste Pipe can take on any rock, rail or hard landing. K2 broke the tele-ski mold with pre-drilled binding inserts. These 2x inserts are similar to snowboard insert technology, and have the same hole pattern as the G3 Targa series, Black Diamond, and other 4-hole telemark bindings currently on the market.
