Even though this ski is light, it performs when pointed downhill—McLean used the Sahale to rack up first descents on Baffin Island's tight, high-consequence couloirs. The balanced swing weight and precise edge hold provided by the damp wood core and 2in-wide, tip-to-tail carbon strip instill confidence when you need it on gnarly descents.
