The Marmot PreCip Jacket has undergone a transformation for 2005. If you've loved your past waterproof PreCips, you'll be blown away by this year's upgraded version. The fifth generation of PreCip is 50% more waterproof and 20% more breathable thanks to the improved PreCip fabric construction and 2-layer Dry Touch technology. You'll stay drier than if you'd stayed in the car when you're wearing your PreCip. Other improvements include cleaner zipper lines, and smaller seams. The hood has been redesigned as an integration with the collar, and can roll up when not in use. The PitZips, seam taping and relaxed fit remain staples of the PreCip's construction. It's ideal for hiking, warm weather ski touring, and camping in wet conditions.
