Items are easy to identify. Designed for garages with finished drywall ceilings, the all-steel, powder-coated unit attaches to the roof trust or ceiling joist. Doesn´t interfere with garage doors or openers. Each 4´x4´ unit holds 250 lbs. Installs with ease, and is height adjustable from 16" to 28" down from the ceiling.
