Product Description
The Duo LED 5 Headlamp comes with 5 LED bulbs for more intense close range lighting. The key concept of Petzl's Duo LED Series is to offer two kinds of light: long range halogen (100m) and close range LED (~18m with 5 LED bulbs). The Duo LED 5 is perfect for users who require the extended close range lighting you get from additional LED's, but who do not need the cold weather advantages of a remote battery pack (see PTZ0043 for that). LED gives off a diffused white light great for close-up activities like cooking and setting up camp. LED's consume less energy than standard bulbs, are extremely durable, and never need replacing. The Duo LED 5 also sports a powerful halogen beam that shines up to 100 meters. It's focusable, making it great for hiking or searching the woods for that noise you just heard.
