Each Monterey bonsai is made of a real juniper tree, meticulously shaped by artists and carefully preserved thereafter using a 100% natural process. They look, smell and feel like live plants, but are no longer growing, giving you the ease of an artificial plant. That means no maintenance – no watering, sunlight needs, no soil.
When ordered , a live tree is individually selected, and cut at the nursery. The tree is trimmed, and preserved before being mounted in resin or foam and set in a ceramic pot, complete with polished river stones and moss. Finally, the tree is carefully packed for shipping. These juniper bonsais are each grown naturally and will differ in shape.
