Waterproof and breathable thanks to Gore-Tex XCR, the Universal Infusion has fully taped seams using skinny tape to reinforce and seal against water without adding a ton of weight. Rain, snow, and inexplicable 8000ft garden hose attacks all slide right off. High front pockets are accessible when you're in your harness, and a fully adjustable drop hood is there when you need it and unobtrusive when you don't. When you need a seal against weather, the collar and waist are both drawcorded to turtle up against gusting winds and precipitation. With a softer fabric and pit zips, the Universal Infusion Jacket is a comfortable, impregnable fortress against high altitude squalls.
