The sturdy aluminum frame, comes complete with crank lift, variable degree tilting ability. The 360 degree rotating base must be screwed to a deck, anchored to a patio slab or weighted down with flower planters or patio stones. Large coverage area without the center support common with table umbrellas. Works great as a pool or spa shade as the umbrella can be cantilevered out over the water.
