When other plants are fading, this autumn-blooming Witch Hazel (Hammamelis virginiana) bursts into bloom with fragrant, ribbon-like yellow flowers. A woodland shrub native to the eastern U.S., it thrives in sun to semi-shade and has a casual, vase-shaped habit. Matures at 15-25 ft. tall with a spread of 12-15 ft. Shipped in 1-gallon containers starting in mid-September through late October.
